About the Role

Intel Products Vietnam is a mega Assembly and Test plant within Intel’s global Assembly and Test network. The cleanroom facility is located at Saigon High Tech Park in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City. The site proudly produces Intel’s latest technology chip products, including Desktop, Mobile, 5G, Chipset, Connectivity, Server, and more.

As a Test Equipment Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, quality, and performance of our test equipment and collaterals. You’ll be a hands-on problem solver, a skilled technician, and a role model in Safety, Quality, and Discipline. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to apply your technical expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance directly impacting production efficiency and product quality.

Bạn sẽ là kỹ thuật viên có kỹ năng trực tiếp giải quyết các vấn đề hoặc các sự cố kỹ thuật và là kỹ thuật viên tiêu biểu trong việc tuân thủ các quy định về An toàn, Chất lượng và Kỷ luật. Vị trí này tạo cơ hội để bạn áp dụng chuyên môn kỹ thuật vào việc xử lý sự cố, sửa chữa và bảo trì phòng ngừa, đóng góp trực tiếp đến hiệu quả sản xuất và chất lượng sản phẩm.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, conversion, and preventive maintenance on test equipment and collaterals.

• Monitor and analyze equipment control points to improve performance and resolve issues.

• Proactively escalate problems, generate reports, and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Follow training plans, complete required training on time, and train others when assigned.

• Collaborate with Equipment Engineering on experiments, upgrades, data collection, and support factory ramp-up activities including tool installation, deinstallation, and relocation.

• Thực hiện khắc phục sự cố, chuyển đổi và bảo trì phòng ngừa cho thiết bị kỹ thuật kiểm định và các máy móc phụ trợ thuộc mô-đun kỹ thuật kiểm định.

• Theo dõi và phân tích hệ thống kiểm soát thiết bị để cải thiện hiệu suất hoạt động và giải quyết sự cố.

• Chủ động báo cáo khi có sự cố, thiết lập báo cáo và đóng góp vào quy trình cải tiến liên tục.

• Tuân thủ các kế hoạch đào tạo, hoàn thành các khóa đào tạo đúng thời hạn và hướng dẫn, đào tạo nhân viên khác khi được phân công.

• Phối hợp với đội ngũ Kỹ thuật Kiểm định trong các thí nghiệm, nâng cấp, thu thập dữ liệu và hỗ trợ trong các giai đoạn tăng cường công suất nhà máy, bao gồm lắp đặt, tháo dỡ và di dời thiết bị.

Qualifications:

• Technical College (3-year degree) in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Electrical Refrigeration, or a related technical field.

• English proficiency at a pre-intermediate level or higher.

• Able to work effectively both independently and in a team.

• Self-disciplined with assigned working hours; willing to work a 12-hour shift schedule (48 hours/week) and flexible to work overtime when business needs arise.

• Hardworking with a strong commitment to operations and adaptable to schedule changes to meet customer quality delivery needs.

• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm hiệu quả.

• Có tính kỷ luật theo ca làm việc được giao; sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca 12 tiếng/ngày (48 giờ mỗi tuần).

• Thể hiện cam kết đối với vận hành xuất sắc và khả năng linh hoạt để đáp ứng với những thay đổi về lịch trình làm việc nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng.
