- 3PLパートナー管理
- 倉庫および配送委託業者との契約・業務管理
- 業務品質、SLA、コストの定期レビュー
- トラブル発生時の原因分析と改善対応
- 新規プロジェクト企画・推進
- 新規物流ソリューションや配送スキームの企画・導入
- 社内外ステークホルダーとの調整・プロジェクトマネジメント
- サービス拡張に向けた施策立案および実行

- 国際物流・越境ECに関する基礎知識を有し、課題解決に積極的な方
- 複数部門・外部パートナーとの調整力およびコミュニケーション能力
