About the Role

The AI Analyst will contribute to the development, validation, and monitoring of the legal team’s agent portfolio, supporting the accuracy and performance of agent data across CrowdStrike’s systems.

You’ll work with teams to implement agentic workflows, execute validation routines, test data connections, and assist in troubleshooting data quality issues, ensuring that the agents remain consistent and reliable. This role offers the opportunity to build technical expertise and grow within a global engineering environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop agentic workflows and execute agent validation and data quality tests across multiple environments.

  • Write, debug, and maintain scripts for workflow automation, data validation, and performance metric reporting.

  • Perform data connection checks and assist in resolving ingestion issues.

  • Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for data integrity concerns.

  • Document validation results and maintain operational procedures.

  • Collaborate with legal and data teams across global time zones.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of validation coverage and automation.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in AI agent development, technical support, QA.

  • Core programming proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integration.

  • Experience with cloud environments (e.g., GCP, Salesforce, Service Now) for monitoring and deploying AI agents as well as methods for agentic development (e.g., MCP, A2A).

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly across distributed teams.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and growth within a cybersecurity-focused organization.

  • Experience developing solutions in a regulated industry (e.g., legal, finance) is a plus.
