Process assistent do Inbound CNF1
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

Key job responsibilities
Responsabilidades Principais:
- Analisar e otimizar processos de recebimento de mercadorias
- Monitorar KPIs operacionais do Inbound e criar planos de ação para desvios
- Desenvolver e implementar projetos de melhoria contínua
- Realizar análise de dados e criar relatórios gerenciais
- Identificar gargalos operacionais e propor soluções
- Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade e segurança
- Treinar e dar suporte às equipes operacionais
- Experiência prévia em operações logísticas (preferencialmente em e-commerce)
- Domínio de Excel e ferramentas de análise de dados
- Conhecimento em metodologias Lean Six Sigma e Kaizen
- Visão matemática e espacial ajudará na tomada de decisões sobre estoque (experiência com sistemas WMS e ERP podem ser diferencial)

Basic Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
