You attack complex business questions with data and curiosity, diving below the surface to identify the root cause and the “so what” rather than just superficial trends. You thrive by providing data-driven decision support and business intelligence that is timely, accurate, and actionable.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in accurately estimating freight cost for Global 3P transportation business.
  • Create a “learn by doing” environment by engaging with operations and finance team to promote and encourage continued customer focus and cost reduction
  • Work with technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely
  • Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations
  • Analyze and solve business problems at their root
  • Statistical analysis models to predict bad behaviors in system and correcting it through solutions
  • Data driven decision making in ambiguous situations
  • Perform detailed analysis of operations and technology by identifying trends. Should be able to scope the impact and opportunities to scale
  • Developing metrics for continuous tracking of process improvement and helping the leadership for data based fast decision making
  • Simplifying operational and financial complexities through innovative long term solutions

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
