Joining Meta’s Creative Shop means being part of an incredibly talented and committed team that is focused on defining the role that Facebook and Instagram can and will play in the future of marketing. A creative strategist is someone who has worked as a Creative Consultant, Creator, Art Director/Copywriter or Planner across integrated advertising agencies, in-house creative teams, digital production companies and creators agencies. For this opportunity, we are looking for a Creative Strategist with a special focus on digital mobile marketing and communication to work across our portfolio of clients. Experience in Performance digital marketing and leveraging AI for creativity add value to this application. You must have an appetite for experimentation and learning and should be passionate about shipping great work and come up with creative solutions leveraging our products and platforms. You’ll be tasked with inspiring and influencing how advertisers create and execute campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Business Messaging and next set of our ad platforms. You are someone who can bring ideas to life with video, design and have a track record of developing and executing digital campaigns. The right candidate should embrace the opportunity to use our variety of creative canvases and technologies to engage communities of people with richly crafted storytelling and experiences, delivered on the channels that matter most to our audiences. Most of all, we're looking for people who want to make things that matter to millions of people who come to our platforms every day. Critical to the success of this role is the ability to collaborate with our global and local accounts teams, to be a team player who loves to work with a mix of people from different disciplines and cultures but also to work independently, since prioritizing, organizing and managing one’s own projects is also an important skill. This is a short-time position based in our Paris (France) office.
Responsibilities
Continually inspire our clients and the creative industry by creating or co-creating game-changing ideas that shape the future of advertising Develop strategies and creative ideas that transform our clients' business into advertising results (not just likes) Uncover brand and consumer insights to inform creative direction and help businesses connect with people in meaningful ways Develop holistic META solutions (including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) that drive the key business goals of our top clients Partner with other Creative Strategists on the team, Sales partners, Product, Engineering and external agencies to make your and their ideas shine on the META platforms
Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a digital advertising professional, including agencies, start ups/Tech companies Fluency in both English and French is required to work with international partners and local clients Experience in Performance digital marketing and leveraging AI for creativity Experience working as a Creative Consultant, Creator, Art Director/Copywriter or Planner across integrated advertising agencies, in-house creative teams, digital production companies and creators agencies Detailed knowledge of the Facebook and Instagram platforms and their portfolio of products Have the ability to bring an idea to life on a white board or presentation Hands-on design and making skills - from video prototypes to assets to mock-ups leveraging AI solutions Storytelling, and visual communications skills Have a mobile-first mindset and experience producing in the mobile-first space (Latest work samples/portfolio required) • Have a mobile-first mindset and experience producing in the mobile-first space • Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Weavy, Comfy, Midjourney Detailed knowledge of the Facebook and Instagram platforms and their portfolio of products Experience developing data-informed, strategically grounded, insight-driven, creative applied in mobile, digital and offline mediums Entrepreneurial.
