- 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and test flow.
- Experience with data analysis and statistical process control for yield and quality improvement.
- Experience in working with external semiconductor suppliers (Foundry/OSAT).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience with wafer probe cards, automated test equipment hardware, and managing suppliers for development and bring-up.
- Experience across all test programs (chip probe, final test/System Level Test) to finished goods, and in foundry operation management, including driving yield improvements, flow optimization, and equipment loss resolution.
- Knowledge of probability, statistical fundamentals, and system-level testing.
- Ability to use Statistical Process Control and apply AI/ML techniques to leverage test data for Manufacturing process.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage vendor relationships.
