<主な職務内容>
1. モバイル DRAM 製品の検証テスト範囲/品質を向上します。
2. 検証チーム/設計チーム/PE/QMS と協力して検証テストフローを作成し、検証テスト項目をレビューして承認し、品質を確保したテストプログラムを使用して DRAM 部品を評価します。
3. テストパターンを開発して、テストの効率と品質を向上させます。
4. 最先端の社内エンジニアリング機器を利用して、製品の特性評価と電気的故障の分析をサポートします。
5. JEDEC に準拠した障害の検出。
6. 体系的な分析を通じて問題の原因を特定します。
7. さまざまなエンジニアリング グループと緊密に連携して、プロセス/欠陥関連の問題を解決します。
8. 設計、検証、シミュレーションのエンジニアと協力して、テスト範囲を改善します。
9. モバイル DRAM テスト戦略として、高品質で迅速なテストを開発します。
10. 製品に関する詳細なデータ分析を行い、歩留まり向上プロジェクトにフィードバックします。
11. 回路設計、テスト時間、品質を向上させるためのデータ解析とデータ分析の広範な使用。
12. Verilog シミュレーションを使用した新製品の検証テスト パターン検証をサポートします。
13. 設計の限界を特定し、回路関連の問題に対する回路修正及びヒューズによる改善案を提案します。
14. 製品評価業務の現場における課題のヒアリングと要件定義をします。
15. AIツールを活用した効率化フローの設計・実装、品質チェック方式の強化をします。
16. 効率化・高品質化した業務の改善を目指し、解析手法の拡張性を検討します。
