Senior HR Business Partner
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will build trusted advisor relationships with all levels of management across assigned client groups (Including global reporting groups) ;
partner with client business units (300-400 employees per HRBP as a guideline) to apply HR management principles and knowledge to establish rapport, trust, confidence and credibility with management and employees.
Additionally, this position may be expected to play HR project manager role, responsible for the project management and delivery of strategic HR work streams resulting from the HR review that has been conducted recently. In this case, s/he will be responsible for creating, managing and executing various projects across various business units by working closely with the Head of HR, other HR Business Partners and HR Managers in other countries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide strategic guidance on people and organizational issues: Employee Relations, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management and HR Strategic initiatives
based on Japan legal requirements - Pro-actively translate business needs into HR solutions
- Lead and support the execution of HR Programs, Tools, Metrics and Analytics
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct workplace investigations
- Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience (3+years of HRBP)
- Strong business acumen and ability to create analytics in support of HR business initiatives
- Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong data analysis ability
- Background reflecting strong tenure and career progression within a complex organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and, effective problem solving ability
- Project management skills and ability to manage complex projects with multiple stake holders in a fast paced environment
- Business level Japanese and English
- Experience supporting Sales or Consulting will be a plus
- Experience Data Analytics will be a plus
- Experience working in large global corporation, “High Tech” industry will be a plus
