Amazon seeks a Payroll Analyst with around 5 years payroll operation experience in a large customer-oriented corporate environment. The Payroll Analyst will take care of complete South Korea payroll operations. It includes end to end payroll processes and the relevant project supports.

Responsibilities also include:
- Own payroll end to end process
- Process payroll with payroll vendor
- Audit payroll related data
- View and manage human resource data in Peoplesoft
- Review and process benefits program in monthly payroll
- Review and process Mytime input records for employees
- Process new hires, terminations, employee maintenance, setup benefit deductions
- Process manual check calculations, work with the vendor to process stop payments/reversals and backup other payroll analysts as needed
- Produce timely responses to employee inquiries
- Record stock transactions, relocation transactions and processing of annual tax filing activities
- Lead payroll project discussions and manage the project progress
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of finance experience
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
- 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL
