We’re seeking a Commercial Offer & Promotions – Business Planning Manager to shape the future roadmap of Apple Retail across APAC. This role will lead the development and execution of promotional campaigns, offers, and commercial programs, driving alignment across cross-functional teams. You will play a pivotal role in exploring new initiatives, refining program and offer strategies, and supporting business performance through data-driven insights and market analysis. A strong communicator and strategic thinker, you’ll help elevate the Retail commercial impact, strategic approach and storytelling.
Description
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of commercial offers and promotions, partnering closely with cross-functional teams across APAC and Worldwide. You will combine deep analytical acumen with creative problem solving to shape retail strategies, identify new opportunities, and elevate how Apple shows up across markets.
Strategize. Develop and execute detailed campaign, promo, and offer plans that align to Retail’s strategic roadmap and deliver measurable business impact.
Partner with Analytics, Finance, and Market teams to interpret data, track performance, and identify growth opportunities by country and segment.
Conduct market analysis to assess competitive pricing, product trends, and consumer behavior, translating insights into actionable commercial recommendations and business case.
Drive alignment across cross-functional and leadership teams, ensuring programs are delivered with precision, creativity, and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead APAC campaign and promo planning across online and offline channels, ensuring seamless execution with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis on product trends, pricing, and promotional tactics to inform business decisions.
- Partner with Analytics to uncover performance drivers, sales opportunities, and customer experience improvements across regions.
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, aligning with WW leadership and key stakeholders to drive execution.
- Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to anticipate market shifts and enhance Apple Retail’s competitiveness.
- Shape regional commercial and digital strategies, providing future-focused insights to support Retail growth initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of e-commerce or equivalent retail experience, with strong promotion management and sales competencies.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.
- Proven analytical and numerical aptitude; proficient with site analytics tools and data-driven decision making.
- Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and process management capability.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic goals in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English and Chinese.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work effectively across markets and teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regional roles within premium global brands.
- Deep understanding of APAC marketplaces, social platforms, and digital shopping journeys.
- Background in management consulting or business planning strategy.
- Proven experience partnering with creative and UX teams to enhance customer experiences.
- Skilled in developing and executing capital and operational plans.
- Additional Asian language proficiency.
- Courage, creativity, and resilience in navigating complex and changing environments.
