Description

-Lead operations activities across NPI builds;
-Manage NPI ramps & own sustaining operations at OEMs, drive ramp readiness ensuring overall performance meets all Apple criterias/needs;
-Review OEMs supply plan and ensure it meets weekly MPS demand.
-Drive Apple and vendor cross-functional teams to support the production plan, including: Engineering, Quality, Tech ops, Procurement, Material Planners, and Demand Planning
-Manage repeat sites/lines/toolings qualifications during ramp and sustaining phase.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA from an accredited university in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field.
  • 5+ years experiences in high volume manufacturing industry with production management, planning, material management, project management or supply chain management background;
  • English proficiency; Excellent communicator, able to present in meetings with large multi-functional teams and executives.
  • Pleasant personality, team player, self-motivated & result oriented; Ability to drive solutions across multiple cross-functional teams, and the supply chain
  • Be able to work independently and travel upon request (mainly in Asia).
  • Grace in fire, take driver seat dealing with complicated issue/situation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters or MBA.
  • 10+ years experiences in high volume manufacturing industry with several of below areas: production management, planning, material management, project management or supply chain management background.
  • Experience of working on NPI or with design center.
