What You’ll Do
As a leading contributor within the practice, this mid-senior-level consulting position provides consistently high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team.
You will:
- Be a Lead Functional Consultant/Delivery Manager and have extensive NetSuite ERP implementation/optimisation expertise
- Analyse business needs to help ensure the Oracle NetSuite solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining leading practices, product knowledge, and business acumen
- Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and delivering solutions
- Work closely with the rest of the customer success team by quickly assessing client needs, developing innovative plans to solve their problems and implementing these plans to the client's satisfaction
- Have a passion for business and the associated Cloud technologies, as well as advanced analytical problem-solving skills, applied to help clients find creative ways to run their businesses more effectively
- Ability to conduct functional requirements gathering and solution workshops
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Other responsibilities include:
- Leading the optimisation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality solutions within constraints of time and customer prioritisations.
- Providing direction and mentoring to customer teams, and effectively influencing customer leadership on key decisions.
- Being responsible for managing clients in post go-live environments.
- Being adept at managing the delivery of NetSuite application functionality.
- Working with technical and performance experts at NetSuite to get the best outcomes for your customer.
Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is a top priority. In this role, you will often be working under pressure, working with several customers simultaneously and striving to meet customer expectations.
Successful candidates should have demonstrated experience in gathering customer business requirements and strong business analysis skills. Good functional knowledge of NetSuite and an understanding of accounting principles is desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
Location and Travel
The role is located in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong or New Zealand, with the ability to travel up to 15%.
