Hardware Test Engineering - Test Design Lead (TDL)

We are looking for individuals with proven experiences and passion in leading test line planning&test station development as well as test vendor management.
Description
In this role, you are expected to have a strong background in test engineering especially for SMT&FATP stages. Also frequently collaborate with CM/vendor with 30%~50% business travel domestic & international.
Responsibilities
- Lead test line planning & test station development, including defining test flow and end-to-end test coverages, hosting regular meetings with multi-functional team, reviewing station DFM and driving for improvements, driving for station readiness including BOM and delivery.
- Lead the CM and vendors on station bring up, station validations, testing issue list and metrics such as fail rates & retest rates, DOEs requested by engineering team.
- Drive CM and vendor on operation-related tasks such as testing process control, audit & calibration process.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Computer/Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years' validated experience in Test Engineering, program management, test station fixture developments.
- Good Communication skills in English, be proficient in written and verbal English, and able to host meeting in English.
- Hands-on experience and/or good understanding of GRR, Cpk & retest rate, production process control, DOE.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in acoustic & RF tests
- Experience in developing test software
- Experience in operation TE
