Apple is looking for a Process Engineer of Photo Lithography process development.

He/she has to handle litho process equipment or material. He/she should develop the process with the product request and is capable to fine tune the process for better product performance. Meanwhile, also proceed R&D works together with cross-region teams.

Description

As a Process Engineer, you will need to tune process flow to fulfill the production condition and survey organic material for product request.

Responsibilities

  • As a PH team engineer, he/she must be in charge of:
  • Work closely with cross-region teams and Apple industrial partners worldwide to develop the new panel device that enable the best display performance of products.
  • Define design rule and process rule for platform.
  • Trouble-shooting between RD-level and production-level application
  • Survey organic material and come out the criteria based on product demand.
  • Photo process fine tune for new product development and mass production.
  • Execute design review, process development and trouble shooting.
  • Support litho line process and metrology equipment development.
  • Cooperate with material and equipment suppliers to build technical network.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires BS degree in Chemistry, Chemical engineering, Material Science
  • Experienced with Photolithography process and equipment tuning more than 3 years.
  • Experienced with photo resist and organic material. should have material survey and evaluation experience for production line more than 3 years.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take challenge to new technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Required basic knowledge of display or semiconductor concept and manufacturing
  • Experienced with fab running mode and design rule definition.
  • English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Nice to have simulation experience on optical or lithography field.
