Apple’s Places Space Planning Team has opportunities for students who are excellent analytical thinkers and communicators. As an intern, you will learn, grow, and support Apple’s Space Planning team in managing Apple’s corporate real estate strategy.

Description

As a Places Space Planning intern, you’ll assist in many aspects of workplace strategy.

During the summer, you could:

• collaborate on space planning strategy and execute space optimization projects across the Americas
• review and compile headcount data and allocation information to support strategic planning
• project tracking, development of project timelines and documentation of space planning processes
• support lab move strategy, updates to floor plans, seating charts and occupancy databases
• support with reporting key occupancy metrics related to portfolio strategy
• build templates for project overviews, executive summaries, and cross functional action plans
• collaborate with workplace design, facilities, and project management partners on space projects

  Minimum Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or related fields
  • Graduating in December 2026 or later
  • 3.0 minimum GPA

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Excel, Keynote, and Word
  • Some experience in corporate real estate with exposure to workplace strategy, space planning, or workplace metrics
  • Collaborative Team Player
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Strong analytical thinking skills

  Pay & Benefits

  At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $28.31 and $41.15/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
