Currently we are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff reporting to the Greater China Managing Director to support our strategic and critical initiatives in the region.
Description
In this role, you will be focusing on,
Managing GC wide strategic projects and programs, monitoring, tracking and driving progress for these strategic initiatives and keeping leaders updated
Supporting Managing Director in developing communications content in different forms such as presentations, email messages, web content and videos etc
Leading, developing and managing Corporate Giving Programs and Community Investment (CSR) projects across the region
Working closely with the GC leadership team on a regular basis to ensure alignment, coordination and advancement of the projects
Developing agenda for Greater China Leadership Offsite.
Develop, lead and manage all internal communications efforts.
Responsibilities
- 1. Strategic Engagements with internal stakeholders with both planning and execution
- - Drive engagement with Apple leadership
- - Lead cross-functional employee engagement
- 2. Development of GC Employee Learning & Development Initiatives
- - Leadership Learning Opportunities
- - Cross-Functional Learning Platform for all employees at sites
- 3. Develop and lead strategic projects to ensure positive perception of Apple’s commitment in the region
- - Plan and executive strategic giving projects to create positive impact in China community
- - Engage with NGOs, universities to ensure a sound connection
- - Support MD/GA/PR for any high-level perception projects in GC
- 4. Develop and lead any other initiatives aligned with our Greater China Strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong program management skills and experience on complex, highly cross functional programs, working closely with both internal and external partners
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal for English and Mandarin, with ability to articulate complex data and concepts to a variety of audiences in a compelling manner
- Strong teammate, easy to work with and ability to cut through ambiguity
- Good organizing skills, can marshal resources and use them effectively and efficiently, detail oriented
- High energy, passionate, go-getter, possesses strong curiosity, questions assumptions and seeks to truly understand business and how things work
- Strong intellectual horsepower, deals with concepts and complexity comfortably
- Bachelor and above degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Outstanding presentation skills, fluent in Keynote, Pages, macOS, iOS preferred
