Our enterprise customers need to know that with their significant investments in our technologies, everything’s going to work as promised. We are the ones who make believers out of them. We tackle technical and business problems to ensure success for both Apple and its customers. We provide both technical sales consulting and support with a goal of redefining the way people work.
Responsibilities
- We are Apple's Enterprise Major Accounts & Channel Partners trusted advisors on the Apple ecosystem, business transformation and Apple platform adoption.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers and channel partners, helping them design and execute Apple-based business transformation strategies.
- Support sales engagements by assessing customer environments, proposing architectures, and demonstrating Apple’s ecosystem value across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and visionOS platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Apple and with partner organizations to remove technical barriers, improve customer readiness, and deliver scalable deployment strategies.
- Drive technical enablement for partners — develop their competencies through workshops, seminars, and technical certifications.
- Work with business and IT decision-makers to integrate Apple technologies into existing environments, including authentication, security, MDM, and application development.
- Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concepts showcasing Apple’s enterprise innovation capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience advising on technical business transformation solutions for enterprises or proven experience in a consultative pre-sales engineering role.
- Understand how business financials work, and strategies for sustaining profitable growth, are key to staying ahead of the competition. You analyze the market and think beyond the short-term.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability in all that you do, every single day. You are a trusted advisor who does what you say you’ll do – and always does what’s best for Apple.
- IT knowledge in the areas of enterprise messaging, collaboration, Wi-Fi, client management solutions, and enterprise security technologies for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and competing platforms. You also have familiarity with Apple’s App development tools and the advantages they bring to large organizations using mobility & Mac products for business transformation.
- You see the world through the eyes of the customer by deeply understanding their business needs, challenges, and concerns. At Apple, we obsess over how people experience our products and services.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Korean and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture — including endpoint management, identity, network, collaboration, and security.
- 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, enterprise IT consulting, or system engineering in a customer-facing role.
