Description

We have a new opportunity within the Global Accounts team in Shanghai or Beijing, for a Client Partner to drive long-term business and revenue growth. You will have proven experience in outstanding customer service, collaboration and coaching hardworking team members will ensure success for our customers and businesses in these regions.

Working across time zones on a select group of Global Accounts with distributed marketing & media teams and significant financial investment requires

Responsibilities

  • This person will:
  • Build and manage relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals, and challenges, ideally across both direct and agency clients
  • Engage and interact with senior leaders within Apple Ads to report on the progress of go-to-market initiatives & account/team-level progress.
  • Drive meetings with key customers and agencies to foster senior relationships, drive product adoption & gather market feedback.
  • Identify and develop data analysis and recommendations that align with customer goals. Quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch and upsell to customers. Demonstrating analytical skills are critical for this role, including an in-depth knowledge of Excel
  • Educate clients on Apple’s solutions and provide consultative support on their media, measurement, and creative strategy to grow existing partnerships.
  • Ability to focus on details and trends, combined with the skills to react fast and ensure delivery of best-in-class customer service for advertisers.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Success, Data Insights, Learning & Development, Sales Operations, & Marketing to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.
  • Excel globally with teammates in sharing takeaways from the region, categories & with go-to-market initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Extensive media sales experience across platforms and types, including online, mobile, search, video, and display
  • Strategic-minded, hands-on leader with extensive management experience in running a growing and evolving sales organization in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience with driving long term partnership agreements in the form of Global Joint Business plans (JBPs)
  • Influential and will quickly develop relationships and trust with their peers and directs, so that they can provide direction, oversight, and professional development opportunities
  • Successful track record selling to senior executives
  • English language skillset

  • Knowledgeable about using data to help tell a compelling story
  • Experienced selling performance and brand marketing products
  • Passionate about the customer experience and can dig deep, from the big idea down to the details, knowing how to position the team for what's around the corner
