Does an exciting, dynamic, fast paced and collaborative environment catch your attention? If so, consider joining us! We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our IS&T team. This position requires a tenacious self-starter who can anticipate the needs of the executive & take initiative to solve problems independently. In addition to being organized and analytical, you have the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people across multiple job functions and levels. You must love what you do and have the desire to be a team player on an amazing team.
Responsibilities
- You will be an Executive Assistant to two Senior Directors in IS&T. Candidate must be able to multitask, prioritize incoming requests, and work with initiative without requiring close supervision.
- Includes normal administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, tracking inventory, processing expense reports, etc. but also will be required to handle on-boarding of a dynamic & changing workforce, manage space challenges, as well as assist with special projects/events as required.
- Individuals will be involved with a large range of contacts ranging from entry level to extremely high-level and may be exposed to sensitive information requiring discretion and good judgment.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years relevant Executive Assistant experience supporting Senior Director or above
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and a strong sense of professionalism
- Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment
- Extensive calendar management experience demonstrating ability to prioritize schedules to reflect most critical matters, plus pro-active calendar management to resolve conflicts and challenges by anticipating needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Apple products including Calendar, Numbers and Keynote
- Ability to work autonomously on assignments and handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion and utmost secrecy
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions
- Demonstrates an ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react with the best interest of the business in mind
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships cross-functionally
- Possess a “can-do” attitude for all situations, no task too big or too small to handle
- Extraordinary work ethic while balancing the needs of the individuals and the business
- Ability to influence others; handle conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues upward and when to apply common sense
- Calm under pressure, sense of humor and good with people
- Experience onboarding new employees and training new team members
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $42.64 and $63.96/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
