Apple’s Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) organization manages key business and technical infrastructure at Apple that influences how online orders are placed, overall customer experience with order, AppleCare service offering, Financial book closure and much more.

We are looking for a SAP enterprise specialist to be part of the global production support team with primary focus on APAC region. We support some of the biggest SAP systems in the world and offers great learning opportunities. Description

As an SAP Application Specialist, you will need a strong aptitude for tackling operational issues within SAP systems, primarily in the Sales Order-to-Revenue business processes, as well as across Retail, Digital Stores, and Sales Channels domains. You must also have understanding of the underlying Order-to-Revenue data models.

You will work closely across regions with business and technical teams in multiple locations and time zones. This role requires resolving business-impacting issues and carries accountability for all aspects of system support, including handling incident tickets, managing production issue escalations, and ensuring timely remediation.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from accredited university in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field with Retail and Sales Domain experience
At least 5 years of functional working experience in SAP SD
Hands-on experience with SAP BRF+, SAP IS-Retail, SAP Hybris/Commerce, FSCM, API-based integrations, and Worksoft automated testing will be added advantage.
Independent and self-driven individual are must-have qualities.• Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise processes, including order management, payment processing, logistics
Critical problem solver backed up with quantitative aptitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work in cross functional environment collaborating with stakeholders.
Demonstrates creativity, innovation and proactive approach to challenge conventional norms.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, S/4 Hana Cloud BTP, SAP Rise or AI-driven integration frameworks, prompt engineering is an advantage.
Debugging experience in ABAP and ability of code walkthrough in programming languages like ABAP, Python, Java, HTML, SQL queries will be a significant plus
