Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. As the Growth and Transformation Lead, you will be the central leader responsible for evolving how we work to achieve our digital vision for the Apple Store Online: delivering magical shopping experiences for our customers and reaching more of them around the world.

Description

Your mission is to fundamentally transform our operating model to empower our teams and scale our processes effectively by championing the shift to a more nimble culture. You will orchestrate our ways of working, focusing on the capabilities, mindsets, process and collaborative behaviors needed for success, in close partnership with business leaders and the People team. The ideal candidate is a strategic and influential leader with a passion for building a high-performance, digital-first culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear plan and strategic approach for our digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define transformation goals, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex transformation programs, and build the proposed roadmap for change.
  • Engage and effectively leverage supporting resources in the organization and external consultants/advisors.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, building awareness, understanding, and support for transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate transformation plans, gather feedback, and build consensus.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in transformation initiatives, change management, or management consulting.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with various change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. A Master's degree/MBA is preferred.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the digital/e-commerce landscape and evolving technology
  • Proven ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to achieve positive outcomes.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
