Executive Engagement Lead (8 months contract)
Description
The Executive Engagement Lead will identify and build executive relationships with our partners helping to connect them with Meta’s vision for the world’s next computing platform, while strengthening trust and confidence in Meta as a technology partner. This will include engaging with Reality Labs Retail, Telco, and Commercial Sales Channel Partners. Through highly curated briefings, the Executive Engagement Lead will help executives confidently move forward in their decision making process, feel appreciated and understood, and inspired that their business outcomes are more easily reached in partnership with Meta. This role reports to the Global Head of Executive Engagement and serves a primary Partner for the EMEA region within the Executive Engagement team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Executive Briefing Program is accessible to all RL Sales channels in the region. This is an 8-month contract and the role will be located in our London Kings Cross office.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-impact executive briefings, including aligning content and agendas to customer needs, managing stakeholder expectations throughout the planning process, and facilitating briefings to drive outcome-based discussions Partner with the RL Sales Channel teams in the region to define the briefing program value proposition and role executive briefings play in account engagement strategies, drive high adoption of the program, and enable sales teams to engage with the program efficiently and effectively Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to identify new ways to drive best practice, trends and thought leadership in the Executive Briefings Represent the Meta & Reality Labs brand with authenticity and integrity in every interaction with customers, prospects, and partners
Qualifications
8+ years’ experience in a customer facing role, supporting partner/channel sales activities for immersive technologies and / or SaaS A proven track record in successfully developing / advising on high-impact strategic technology transformation programs in complex matrix organizations Experienced Business Partner to executive leadership level in an international environment Experience working well in a geographically-distributed, small team environment and cross-functionally across the company, have the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with internal and external clients Results driven mindset with a focus on measuring and improving program effectiveness Experience of prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively amidst a dynamic, ambiguous environment Proven track record of success in communication and facilitation, with the ability to convey complex concepts to executive audiences Domain knowledge in augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, and/or AI devices Experience in technology or hardware sales Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
