Business Operations Manager, Wearables

Responsibilities
Develop models to predict unit sales of Wearables hardware products Create KPIs to measure and explain performance of the business Query and visualize data from internal systems to develop insights into trends and opportunities Collaborate with analytical, product, sales, demand planning, and finance teams to develop a robust understanding of product performance Develop strong business partnerships with Demand Planning, Product Marketing, Sales, and Finance leadership overall Develop and uplevel existing planning, budgeting, and reporting with modeling contributions Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management Provide financial leadership across planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or other quantitative field 6+ years of experience in finance, analytics or business strategy Experience managing end-to-end forecast processes across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles Experience forecasting and modeling techniques that support various types of strategic analytics (i.e., time series forecasting, new product entry, scenario planning) Experience partnering with and influencing functional leaders Experience using data, analytics and visualization technologies including SQL or a similar database querying language, Tableau, and/or advanced analytical skills using Excel and Google Sheets Proven experience working and delivering multiple projects simultaneously, with deadlines and changing priorities Experience with consumer hardware business models Advanced degree such as an MS or PhD in quantitative field
Compensation: $131,000/year to $191,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
