As part of the Oracle sales team you will direct and manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle. Provides technical/functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer applications and customer products. Participates in account planning and strategy development. May publishes technical information of specific applications and/or technical articles. Works with management to define new products. Serves as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sales cycle.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic technology cloud engineering Leader to lead and manage our public cloud pre-sales technical team to drive company business growth. You will be the core link between sales and technology, ensuring that customers receive maximum value throughout the entire cycle from technology application, product development, to final implementation, through excellent expertise and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performance public cloud pre-sales technical team throughout the sales cycle, ensuring that the team efficiently supports sales objectives.

  • Technical & Strategic Support: Provide technical and functional leadership for the sales team. Deeply understand customer business challenges and offer clear direction and professional support for the implementation of technology and applications.

  • Customer Empowerment & Presentations: Help customers fully understand the value and advantages of our products, applications, and solutions through compelling presentations, technical demonstrations, and benchmarking.

  • Comprehensive Technical Support: As a technical expert, provide comprehensive and reliable technical support throughout the sales cycle, solving critical technical issues to drive successful deals.

Job Requirements:
I. Technical Skills & Experience

  • Over 10 years of technical experience in public cloud solutions.

  • More than 5 years of experience in pre-sales team management at a well-known cloud vendor.

  • Expertise in mainstream public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, AliCloud, Azure) including their technical architecture and ecosystem.

  • Deep understanding of IT architecture migration to the cloud or cloud application migration processes, capable of formulating detailed cloud platform technical solutions and cloud resource selection strategies.

  • Strong hands-on capabilities to solve complex technical issues during migration and implementation, covering core cloud services areas such as computing, storage, networking, containers, Linux OS, and open-source databases.

  • Excellent customer awareness and business acumen: Able to quickly understand customer pain points and translate technical advantages into commercial value.

  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and coordination skills: Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal sales teams, product teams, and senior-level customers.

  • Rapid learning ability: Able to continually learn and adapt in the face of evolving cloud technologies and market demands.

  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing): Able to communicate and exchange technical information in multinational/regional settings
