Job Summary

The Senior Functional Consultant acts as a trusted advisor and implementation expert, supporting Tier 1 customers through the deployment of Oracle’s OFSAA Suite. The role requires hands-on involvement in all stages of the project lifecycle—requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and training. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical deliverables, ensuring client success in finance transformation journeys across domains such as FSDF, DIH, BCE, and GL Reconciliation.

## Key Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in end-to-end OFSAA Suite implementations, ensuring delivery of agreed business objectives and value.

- Engage with client stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions, and document functional specifications.

- Facilitate workshops to identify gaps and scope project deliverables.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Product Engineering, Support, and Delivery) to develop scalable, customer-centric solutions.

- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Prepare and present documentation, training materials, and demonstrations for clients and internal teams.

- Mentor and upskill new team members on product features, customer environments, and implementation methodologies.

- Support knowledge management initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement within the OFSAA Delivery organization.

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Tier 1 customers through effective communication and problem-solving.

## Qualifications & Skills

### Mandatory

- Proven experience implementing Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)—with specific expertise in FSDF, DIH, BCE, and GL Reconciliation.

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation lifecycle: requirements, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

- Advanced degree in Finance, e.g., MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountancy.

- Strong understanding of banking and financial services domain processes.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

### Good-to-Have

- Certifications such as FRM, PRM, or CFA.

- Experience working with additional OFSAA modules (AFCS, ERP, EDMCS, AHCS).

- Familiarity with Oracle cloud applications and data integration tools.

- Prior exposure to developing prototypes, demos, or sales support materials.

- Track record of mentoring team members and contributing to organizational best practices.
