Sales Representative - Utilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with large energy and gas companies focusing on West Japan territory
- Hunting new logos and working with some existing customers
- Deliver innovative business application solutions primarily centered around SaaS within Oracle's Utilities division.
- Optimize operations in customer management, billing, meter data handling, network and asset management, dispatch, outage management, and integrated data analysis and insight services leveraging Oracle technologies.
Key Tasks:
- Build and foster robust client relationships, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Craft and present compelling business application proposals to meet the unique challenges of energy sector clients.
- Engage in high-touch sales approaches to drive adoption of Oracle Utilities solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with partners and cross-functional teams within Oracle.
Requirements:
- Strong IT background with proven experience in application proposals and solution sales.
- Preferably direct exposure and understanding of the energy industry's dynamics and challenges.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.

Responsibilities
Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
