We’re looking for experienced AI Developers (Senior) to join our team and help shape the future of AI at Oracle. In this role, you’ll lead the design and development of advanced AI applications, particularly those powered by large language models (LLMs), and help integrate them across Oracle’s NetSuite ecosystem. You’ll work on cutting-edge problems, set engineering best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and responsible AI solutions.

Responsibilities

As a member of the software engineering division, the Senior AI Developer will be responsible for building and optimizing large-scale AI systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. The candidate should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive the development and deployment of AI solutions. 5 + years of hands-on experience with implementing and integrating systems.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Prior experience working on distributed systems, cloud services, and integrating of systems
Prior experience with Oracle NetSuite Applications
Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI (e.g., Python, Java).
Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Oracle Cloud AI services).
Practical experience with enterprise software development, including REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary, and global team environment.
