Principal Technical Consultant-FCCM
Job Summary
As an FCCM Technical Expert, you will independently lead and execute the implementation of Oracle Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) solutions across a diverse client base. Leveraging your expertise in Oracle technologies, Agile methodologies, and industry regulations, you will design, configure, and deliver robust compliance solutions. You will collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure comprehensive, timely, and compliant software deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in end-to-end FCCM implementation projects for Tier 1/2 banks and financial institutions.
- Analyze client requirements and map them to product functionality; conduct workshops and product training sessions.
- Oversee functional delivery including BRD preparation, configuration, mapping support, testing, and rollout phases.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid (Water-Scrum-Fall) methodologies to manage deliverables and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated, quality solutions within given budgets and timelines.
- Act as a technical SME on FCCM, AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, CS, TF modules—handling installation, migration, and configuration.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), production operations, and provide quick turnaround on defect fixes.
- Mentor team members, lead solution design efforts, and liaise with client leadership during project engagements.
- Engage in business development activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory:
- 5+ years’ technical implementation experience with FCCM products (preferably in large-scale Tier 1/2 bank projects).
- Deep expertise in Oracle DB, PL/SQL, and job scheduling tools (AutoSys, ControlM).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, CS, TF modules’ installation, migration, and configuration.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development cycles.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following tools: Informatica, Datastage, Ab Initio, Oracle BI, SQL Server BI, Business Objects, Cognos, ERWIN.
- Sound understanding of enterprise database systems (Oracle, DB2, Exadata).
- Proficiency in Java, JSP, J2EE standards with Oracle database.
- Working knowledge of major web servers (WebSphere, WebLogic).
Good-to-Have:
- Prior SaaS/cloud-based implementation experience.
- Exposure to machine learning or blockchain technologies.
- Experience conducting training or workshops for technical and business stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services.
- Professional certifications in relevant technologies or frameworks.
