Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated ALM functional fluent in Arabic and English, based in Egypt, to manage client and lead discussions on-site. This pivotal role requires both ALM expertise and demonstrated experience in managing client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Strong ALM skills and expereience in OFSAA ALM implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Egypt, ensuring day-to-day coordination and seamless communication.
• Discuss client needs and coordinate with global counterparts to deliver project milestones on time.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing concerns and identifying growth opportunities.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and status updates in both Arabic and English, ensuring clear, culturally attuned communication.
• Prepare and review relevant documents and work with stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to regional project management best practices.
• Support business development by leveraging regional knowledge and networks.
Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or MBA in finance.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience ALM.
• Proven client-facing experience, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Deep understanding of the Egyptian business environment and professional practices.
• Experience working with multicultural, cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in OFSAA solutions.
