As a Principal Technical Program Manager at the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Multicloud team, you will own the execution of OCI Multicloud programs that span across multiple Oracle organizations and those of our hyperscaler partners. In this role, you will work with a talented group of architects, product managers, software engineering teams, engineering and product leaders, and external partners to deliver products and solutions to the world’s most fast-paced customers. 
We are looking for a highly organized individual who excels at driving large-scale cross-organizational programs and projects. The successful candidate starts with the customer, has strong skills to solve complex ambiguous problems in a collaborative work environment, a curiosity to learn and discover new ideas, and can influence engineering and product partners to arrive at the desired outcomes. You come to the role with a history of leading large projects end to end, with experience driving stakeholder accountability, as a strong communicator, and have a good sense of empathy for both customers and engineering teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
  • 6+ years of experience in a technical program management role.
  • Experience with software development processes, methodologies, and associated tooling.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and collaboration skills and ability to handle ambiguity, evaluate complex trade-offs, and solve problems.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, AWS) are highly desirable.

•    Establish and maintain milestones, track and manage committed actions and drive progress towards project goals
•    Ensure product and service release quality is consistent with Oracle customer experience and operational excellence standards.
•    Provide program and project management expertise, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs.
•    Provide ongoing written and verbal communication to partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership. 
•    Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous situations, advising changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms.
