As a Senior Developer, you will collaborate with other developers and OPS SREs to define and enhance automation solutions that ensure service reliability, security, scalability, and performance. You’ll play a critical role in designing automation for standard operating procedures (SOPs), leveraging your expertise and adaptability to address evolving technical challenges.You will establish and improve best practices, focusing on SOP automation framework and SOP development and leverage the automation to support reliable and secure operations at scale. Your responsibilities will include driving SOP automation lifecycle, utilizing a cloud-first approach to resolve live production issues, rapidly diagnosing and mitigating incidents, and contributing to bug fixes and software patches. You will develop and refine SOPs, strengthen diagnostics tooling, and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver resilient, high-performing automation.This role demands strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and hands-on experience with complex, mission-critical technical issues. You will actively mentor others, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide the software design and development process to continuously optimize operational efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:- 
Design and develop automation frameworks and SOPs by using Python and Java, focusing on service reliability, security, resiliency, scalability, and performance 

  • Collaborate closely with other developers and OPS SREs in addressing live production issues, diagnosing and mitigating problems rapidly 
  • Contribute to bug fixes and software patches, ensuring the continuous improvement of systems 
  • Enhance diagnostics and automation tools to support operational scale and efficiency 
  • Lead software design and development initiatives, managing complex and critical technical issues
