Senior HR Regional Partner, Corporate HR Partner

The Opportunity
We seek an experienced HR Partner specializing in German labor relations for our Berlin Corporate Office. This role requires:

• Deep technical knowledge of German labor law
• Proven experience partnering with Works Councils
• Strong stakeholder management skills with cross-functional and senior leaders
• Demonstrated success in labor relations with unions and Works Councils.

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of local labor law
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Bachelor's degree
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
• Speak, write, and read fluently in German
• Experience of partnering with work councils

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans
• Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment
• Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and make the best use of available resources
