The Role 

The Channel Partner Manager – Western Europe will be based in the UK and responsible for partners in Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) and the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland). These are mature SaaS markets that require strategic partner recruitment, precise business planning, and strong sales execution. 

This role requires sophistication, regional cultural awareness, and the ability to build relationships in competitive, cloud-mature markets.

Responsibilities

The Role 

The Channel Partner Manager – Nordics will be based in the UK and responsible for partners in the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland). These are mature SaaS markets that require strategic partner recruitment, precise business planning, and strong sales execution. 

This role requires sophistication, regional cultural awareness, and the ability to build relationships in competitive, cloud-mature markets. 

Key Responsibilities 

Partner Recruitment & Ecosystem Expansion 

Identify, assess, and recruit partners across Benelux and the Nordic region. 

Build a regional partner map aligned to the European GTM strategy. 

Address gaps in coverage and expand into new verticals where relevant. 

Business Planning & Partner Development 

Develop multi-year business plans with partners to drive sustainable revenue growth. 

Equip partners with structured enablement programs suited for advanced SaaS markets. 

Support partners operating across multiple countries with scalable frameworks and best practices. 

Sales Execution & Pipeline Development 

Guide partners through complex sales cycles with large or multinational customers. 

Drive KPI-led partner performance to support predictable revenue outcomes. 

Lead Western Europe–specific sales campaigns and growth initiatives. 

Improve win rates and pipeline predictability across multiple time zones. 

Relationship Management & Advocacy 

Develop strong collaboration with partners who operate across borders. 

Promote customer success and ensure high implementation standards. 

Internal Collaboration 

Represent Western Europe partner needs to influence product and strategy. 

Share insights and best practices with the global partner management community. 

Requirements & Qualifications 

5+ years experience in SaaS sales, channel management, or alliances. 

Experience working in Benelux and/or Nordic markets preferred. 

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. 

Ability to collaborate with sophisticated partners in mature markets.
