We are seeking an experienced Consulting Sales Representative to join our Consulting Services team. The ideal candidate will combine a solid understanding of the retail industry with proven experience in consulting and enterprise software sales, particularly Oracle Retail applications. This role is responsible for driving consulting services sales to support the implementation of Oracle Applications in the Oracle Cloud, ensuring business growth and client satisfaction across the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

      •     Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for consulting services related to Oracle Retail solutions.

      •     Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with company objectives and quarterly sales quotas.

      •     Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on both new business development (hunting) and account growth (farming).

      •     Collaborate with consulting delivery teams to ensure successful project initiation, client satisfaction, and cross-functional alignment.

      •     Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and statements of work (SOWs) in compliance with internal and client standards.

      •     Navigate complex contracts and internal approval processes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

      •     Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and account reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements

      •     Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

      •     Comprehensive understanding of the retail business industry, including supermarkets, fashion retail, and pharmacy segments.

      •     Prior experience working within a retailer is strongly preferred.

      •     In-depth knowledge of the consulting industry and retail management software.

      •     Proven experience with Oracle Retail applications is mandatory.

      •     Strong commercial background with sufficient technical acumen to effectively position and close consulting service sales.

      •     Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas.

      •     Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented and disciplined approach.

      •     Ability to manage complex sales processes and interact with senior-level client executives.

      •     Fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus.
