Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Business Architect for Applications , you will be responsible for a Business Solution Definition supporting our customers based on their Cloud Adoption Inniciatives for Business Applications.

Having Impact directly throughout the sales cycle for Big and Strategic Deals / Opportunities into  Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Life Science, Health Care, Logistics, Mining and High Education Industries having as deliverable a Value Proposal for our Customers including the financial Feseability of the investment.

Work closely with Oracle's internal business and product teams to drive the technical/functional global solution of our applications. 

Provide venue expertise during client engagement to deliver  a  solution design to achieve defined Business Strategies and expected business benefits and/or IT TCO Optimization.

As a member of this team, you will develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide advisory of their Journey Digital Transformation and SaaS Adoption.

Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions.

Preferred skills and experience

 

  • 15 + years proven experience with Specific Industry, Business Process Execution and Highly desirable Enterprise Software Applications ERP & LoB / Big 4 Consulting  organizations with a demonstrated proficiency of the Industry and  solution segment (e.g. through Solution Architecture, Sales, Consulting or Digital Transformation Roles).

  • Consumer Goods, Industrial Manufacturing , Financials experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong ability to craft compelling, audience relevant messages and stories telling.

  • Experience in developing integrated (digital and traditional) architecture strategies

  • Strong time management skills with dedication to quality, attention to detail, and 

highly self-motivated.

  • Analytical and Financials skills in order interact with  Customers into the Financial Feasability for  their invesment ( ROI ).

  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience with cross-functional team leadership.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Basic Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business and/or Business Development Related. 

  • At least 10-15 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education. 

  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

As a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
