As a Senior Oracle PPM Functional Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and SaaS PPM solutions for a broad range of clients. Leveraging deep expertise in financial processes, you’ll guide organizations in streamlining project management functions, resolving complex issues, and enabling digital-driven growth. This role offers the opportunity to mentor teams, shape client strategy, and drive operational improvement in fast-paced, transformative projects.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives for Oracle EBS and SaaS PPM modules (Projects Foundation, Project Management, Costing, Planning, Billing, Contracts, and Grants).
  • Analyze business requirements, map processes, and provide expert advice on configuring PPM solutions for optimal alignment with client objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues by interpreting log/trace files and collaborating with stakeholders across technical and business domains.
  • Conduct functional testing and develop test scripts to validate business process flows and system integrity.
  • Train client users and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions to promote adoption and best practices.
  • Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and status updates to support project transparency and decision-making.
  • Support ongoing product and process enhancements by staying updated with emerging Oracle product features and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in implementation, support, or upgrade projects, including at least 5 full-cycle implementations on Oracle EBS and SaaS PPM (Projects Foundation, Project Management, Costing, Planning, Billing, Contract, and Grants).
  • Deep functional understanding of financial processes and ERP PPM solution areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to deliver results independently in dynamic, fast-paced project environments.
  • Hands-on experience with functional/product and technical support across various stakeholder levels.
  • Proven ability to relate Oracle product functionality to real-world business scenarios and provide actionable implementation guidance.
  • Proficiency in reading and deciphering software log and trace files for problem resolution.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and data analysis to support user queries.
  • Capable of understanding complex process flows and performing business-aligned functional testing.
  • Experience conducting training and knowledge sharing within large organizations.

Good-to-Have:

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of Fusion Cloud architecture, setup manager, and related activities.
  • Experience with FBDI and OTBI report development.
  • Familiarity with external data integration to Oracle Fusion Applications from third-party or legacy systems.
  • Awareness of Oracle security setup and basic knowledge of SQL, BIP, OTBI, or Redwood technologies.
  • Strong learning orientation and proactive adoption of new business models, product features, and technologies.
  • Managed Services experience, including client relationship management, offshore/onshore delivery, KPI delivery, project/program management, and contributions to revenue growth.

  1. Do I have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Oracle EBS/SaaS PPM implementations, with at least 5 full-cycle projects covering the specified modules?
