Responsibilities

SCOPE

Reports to the Business Transactions Centre of Excellence team leader and manager, working to provide administrative and analytical support for the business for the Consulting Processes. Activities are around administrating Projects created as a result of contract signatures with Customers and Suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

Ensuring that the appropriate templates are completed accurately and in a timely fashion. 

Ensuring that Oracle`s systems accurately reflect the business needs, especially in the areas of time &expenses entries, contract booking, task structure for entering timecards, invoicing approach and revenue recognition by entering data accurately. 

Managing administrative aspects of a project together with the project owner delegated when requested.

Demonstrate ability and aptitude to learn internal processes, policies, tools and applications fast and correct within the role performed. 

Proactively supports month, quarter and year-end cycles. 

Works with the colleagues in the team to ensure processes are followed and the information added in the system is accurate.
