Advertising Sales Manager, Amazon Ads

As an Account Executive for the Nordic region, you'll leverage your extensive media experience to sell a wide range of video and connected TV advertising solutions. With Prime Video's impending launch in Sweden in 2025, you'll have a pivotal role in shaping the streaming TV and video landscape in the region. You'll also work with our broader retail media portfolio to create comprehensive full-funnel solutions for clients.
Utilizing your senior client-side and agency relationships, consultative approach, and deep understanding of the local advertising ecosystem, you'll act as a strategic partner to your assigned portfolio. You'll also orchestrate in-person inspiration sessions to position Amazon as a key strategic partner for new and existing clients.
Key job responsibilities
Generate advertising revenue through strategic partnerships with ad agencies and direct advertisers, employing objective-led selling across brand-building (Prime Video, Twitch) and full-funnel retail media solutions.
Influence buying decisions to drive increased revenue from existing advertisers and cultivate new revenue streams.
Establish and nurture credible relationships with key decision-makers in agencies and advertisers, particularly within the TV and digital landscape.
Demonstrate a hunter's mentality, proactively uncovering opportunities and matching them with value-adding solutions.
Act as a true social connector, thriving on and expertly facilitating inspirational sessions for clients to position Amazon as an indispensable strategic partner.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of media sales experience. Bachelor degree
- Excellent Swedish and English communication and presentation skills.
- A self-starter with demonstrated ability to think strategically about sales, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
- Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established network within the Nordic media landscape, including senior-level contacts at agencies and major advertisers.
- Thorough understanding of the Nordic advertising landscape
